Upon agreeing to look for a property on behalf of a client Parkgate charges a registration fee of £1,500 plus VAT.

If successful in introducing a property on which contracts are subsequently exchanged Parkgate charges the purchaser a fee of 2% plus VAT on the purchase price.

Additional terms and conditions apply, details of which are available upon request and may be discussed according to an individual client's requirements.
